For several years in the early 1990's, I was the Newsletter Editor for NWPUG (North West Packet User Group) and produced 11 issues.  I still have them somewhere, and will scan them when I get around to it.  One issue (#10) did get uploaded to ftp.ucsd.edu in the hamradio/packet area, and its still there not to mention several other mirrors around the globe.
